Defining a Purpose

Now most of us are trying to answer the question- What is the purpose of my life? Why am I here? It's not just you who wonders that I do too. So let's break down and figure out for ourselves a purpose.  Before we jump onto finding the purpose of our lives, answer this- why does it matter? The answer would be pretty simple, it may have different parables and the magnitude might differ from person to person, the point is each one of us wants to make a difference in this world, leave a mark, become someone on whom people rely on and inspire change in the world. That's what defines as our purpose, isn't it? Searching for something which is greater than 'me'.  Now there is another purpose which goes something like this, "We are here to have the time of our lives. Love, Fear and Expectations

I'll be talking about all of  the three topics one by one and at the end we will see how these topics are related to each other. One thing that I can tell you as a preview of the blog is this, love, fear and expectations cannot live under the same roof. First let's start with expectations. Each of us have some kind of expectations from someone or from life itself. My question is, how important are these expectations in our life? Is it really necessary? To answer these questions lets break down as to why we have expectations in the first place. When we are expecting something from a loved one it's usually connected to a simple feeling-'I did so much for you, so I need you to do the same in return for me' whereas when we are expecting from life it goes like this-'I worked so hard, so I deserve the best there is'.
